Copies of Incident Reports:

Copies of Incident Reports are provided to the public from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Victims are entitled to one free copy of an incident report upon presentation of their Victim's Rights form or picture ID to Records personnel. Additional copies are available at $5.00 each.

Records staff can also provide local criminal background checks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Individuals must present a valid driver's license or picture ID and a social security card. The fee for a background check is $5.00.  Cash Only.

Please note: This is not a SLED check.  SLED background checks can be accessed through the SLED website: http://www.sled.sc.gov.
